Our senses play a significant role in the ways that we connect and process our surroundings. Our bodies carry a memory, story, thought, idea and emotion. This session will allow affirmative and growing space for participants to tap into their inner creative selves by exploring their body, spirit and the unique ways each person can process their surroundings differently and connectedly.
